Great Big Green Week 2024

Hogsmill Community Garden, Stanley Picker Gallery, & Dorich House Museum
9-16 June 2024

For Great Big Green Week (8-16 June 2024), Stanley Picker Gallery are encouraging all visitors to make a stop at Hogsmill Community Garden, our long-term partners and creative collaborators for our current exhibition, Thomas Pausz Haunted Ecologies

The Garden is situated a few minutes’ walk from the Gallery alongside the Hogsmill River, it is accessible and welcomes all to tour around, checking our their ‘wormery’ and greenhouse, have a go at planting, ask advice, or simply sit and enjoy the tranquillity. They are also keen to encourage more volunteers, from the ‘green’ to experienced.

On Saturday 15 June 1-5pm, our partner venue Dorich House Museum (Kingston Vale) will host a Hogsmill Community Garden stand at their annual Garden Party, selling plants for a donation, and sharing more information about their river-side site and environmental projects. All are welcome to join the party, which will go ahead, rain or shine!

Hogsmill Community Garden Location: Swan Path, Vineyard Close, Kingston upon Thames, KT1 2RH
Open 11am-3pm Tues, Wed, Thurs, Sat
